Arica, Chile

Isn't this sky beautiful in Arica, Chile. The sky is hot and so is the weather. The specks in the sky are birds, believe it or not . Arica used to belong to Peru but was taken over by Chile in the 1800's. It is the one place in the World that they never see rain.
